Technical Program Manager, Pixel Core Platform Software

Google is a global technology company where this role is based in Warsaw, Poland, focused on developing products that create opportunities globally. The role involves working with hardware, software, embedded software, and Android development domains within the Pixel Core Platform.

• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in engineering or a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in mobile devices, Hardware (HW)/Software (SW)/embedded software, and Android software development.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Ability to work effectively with highly technical engineering teams.
• Ability to establish structure, organize teams, and implement scalable processes to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Manage complex and large scale Software (SW) projects including progress tracking, risk evaluation, and communication to management and stakeholders.
• Remove obstacles to maintain project momentum and handle issue escalations.
• Understand technical implementation and propose alternatives; clarify priorities to increase team effectiveness.
• Review key program metrics, monitor deviations, and define corrective actions.
• Identify and collaborate with stakeholders to drive impact and maintain operational dashboards.
