Mid-Level Java Developer – Cloud-Native Financial Solutions

Our client is a leading player in the financial sector dedicated to delivering innovative, scalable digital solutions, shaping the future of banking technology with modern, cloud-native applications.

• At least 3 years of experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with SDLC tools such as GitLab.
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

Nice to have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in the financial sector.
• Familiarity with AMPS.
• Experience with AI development tools like Devin and Claude.

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications using Spring Boot.
• Work with event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka.
• Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes using Argo CD.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline management via GitLab.
• Monitor and observe systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic Stack.
• Collaborate with team members across the full software development lifecycle.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Devin, and Claude.
