Senior Data Program Management Officer – Agile & Financial Services

This role involves working for a leading financial industry player committed to fostering a data-driven culture, supporting the Data & Analytics Office in delivering critical data initiatives focused on compliance with regulatory projects such as IRR and BCBS.

• 5+ years of experience in a PMO role within financial services or data-related projects.
• Proven success in managing cross-functional teams on global projects.
• Deep understanding of agile management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder influence and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and process improvement abilities.
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.

Nice to have:

• Experience in data issue remediation and data quality projects.
• Ability to propose innovative solutions for data-related challenges.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

• Support the Programme Manager and Project Managers in delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Monitor RAID logs and escalate issues for timely resolutions.
• Oversee delivery governance aligning with the Change Framework and maintain standards.
• Manage and report on delivery budgets and expenditure, tracking progress against OKRs and benefits.
• Ensure high-quality reporting on project status, milestones, and governance activities.
• Implement DAO delivery standards and conduct quality assurance checks on change initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation and manage internal communications and training as Change Framework SME.
• Foster stakeholder relationships across global teams and provide expertise on agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
