SAP Functional Consultant

Sopra Steria is a major European tech company specializing in consulting, digital services, and software development. The Polish branch in Katowice operates as a Global Delivery Center with around 1,000 specialists and serves clients in industries including aerospace. The Digital Platform Services and Application Services departments cover areas such as cloud, virtualization, databases, software development, data engineering, testing, CRM, ITSM, and ERP platform integrations.

• Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant in Logistics.
• Experience in the EWM module (functional or technical).
• Expertise in SAP ECC WM/MM/SD modules.
• SAP configuration experience.
• Knowledge of logistics flows, stock management, and warehouses.
• Specification writing experience.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Strong “can-do” attitude and good communication skills.
• Proficient English (B2/C1).
• Willingness for occasional business trips and office visits.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in Agile (SAFe & Scrum).
• EU citizenship, located in Poland and able to commute to Katowice (required).

• Analyze user needs within supply chain management.
• Propose technical and functional solutions with SAP ECC WM/MM/SD and/or EWM.
• Design logistics flows in SAP.
• Configure and deploy ECC WM/MM/SD and/or EWM modules according to business needs.
• Participate in testing phases for configurations and custom developments.
• Write functional and technical specifications (user stories/features).
• Train end users on new features and processes.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization of implemented solutions.
• Occasional business trips abroad and visits to the office in Katowice.

Only candidates with EU citizenship, located in Poland and able to commute to the Katowice office will be considered. The role requires occasional business trips abroad.
