Mid-Level Java Developer – Counterparty Credit Risk Platform

Our client is a leading global bank focused on innovating financial services, especially in credit risk management, with worldwide clients.

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or related role focused on risk management or financial services.
• Basic programming skills, especially in Java.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Self-motivation and willingness to learn new technologies and business domains.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices.
• Good grasp of agile processes and techniques.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of traded risk, OTC clearing, or related financial areas.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Apache Beam, Apache Flink, GCP, Redis, REST APIs, Ansible, or Jenkins.

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code to support CCR applications.
• Contribute to the full product lifecycle from problem discovery to implementation and adoption measurement.
• Collaborate with team members across Europe and Asia to ensure communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Support platform operations by resolving incidents, monitoring systems, and managing problems.
• Assist in migration to Cloud platforms ensuring smooth transition and integration.
• Apply DevOps best practices to optimize deployment and monitoring.
• Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with agile methodologies.
