AI Adoption Lead (f/m/x)

Sii is hiring an AI Adoption Lead to join a dynamic project focused on AI transformation and IT efficiency in Warsaw, offering a hybrid work model with one office day per week.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development roles such as developer, analyst, tester, DevOps, Scrum Master, or Product Owner
• Practical experience implementing AI tools or solutions in IT teams including rollout and integration into development processes
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile cross-functional team environments
• Hands-on knowledge of AI tools supporting IT work such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and M365 Copilot
• Experience with Agentic SDLC, including prompt engineering, Spec Driven Development, and designing AI workflows and agents
• Ability to identify development team needs and implement specific AI solutions
• Experience in knowledge transfer through collaborative work and environment configuration
• Fluent Polish

• Implement AI tools and solutions within IT development teams, ensuring seamless integration and configuration
• Design and build AI workflows, usage standards, and technical documentation
• Provide hands-on engineering support to teams working with deployed AI solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify needs and translate them into AI solutions
• Conduct technical workshops and sessions to facilitate AI practice adoption
• Diagnose differences in tool usage across teams and standardize practices and standards
• Build team autonomy in maintaining and developing implemented AI solutions
• Create technical documentation, standards, playbooks, and knowledge base content
