• Fluent spoken and written English
• University degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, or related field
• Good knowledge of (Gen)AI technologies, MLOps, cloud computing, and modern development tools
• Experience with platform architectures and microservices
• Understanding of business processes and alignment of technical solutions with business goals
• Proficiency in at least one programming, scripting, or database language (e.g., Python, Spark, SQL)
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure, Databricks
• Willingness to innovate and proactive, connected thinking
• Knowledge of scalable data management and data architectures, including data pipelining
• Willingness and ability to travel

• Enable strategic digitalization projects by providing AI and digital platforms along the insurance value chain
• Support the design and technical integration of (Gen)AI solutions in ERGO entities
• Evaluate and support implementation of tools and technologies for cloud-based (Gen)AI platforms
• Collaborate on conceptual design and enforcement of technical blueprints for standardizing platform use
• Ensure ongoing development of technical know-how, tools, and methods across Digital Technologies and IT architecture
• Support and advise strategic digitalization projects to ensure secure and efficient platform usage
