Senior API & Manual Tester – Financial Technology

This role is for a Senior Manual Tester working for a client who is a leader in online banking, focused on testing a critical BPMS platform that supports essential business processes in the financial technology sector.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in manual software testing.
• Strong expertise in API testing using tools such as Postman or similar.
• Hands-on experience testing web applications and complex business processes.
• Practical knowledge of AI-powered testing tools like Claude or Codex.
• Broad understanding of testing types including functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end.
• Ability to independently plan and execute testing activities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and business teams.

• Willingness to expand into test automation and automation frameworks over time.

• Plan and execute manual testing activities across software development stages.
• Design and maintain detailed test scenarios, cases, and test data.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.

• Analyze test results and report defects to development teams.
• Investigate issues collaboratively to identify root causes and resolve defects.
• Verify fixes through regression testing to ensure system stability.
