Vendor Management Analyst – Technology & Financial Services

Opportunity located in Krakow with a hybrid work model (up to 3 days remote). The role is within the client's Chief Technology Office supporting vendor lifecycle management in a highly regulated financial services environment.

• Minimum 3 years in vendor management, commercial management, or procurement support within financial services or regulated sectors.
• Strong analytical skills to structure ambiguous problems and generate decision-ready insights.
• Understanding of technology vendor landscapes and contractual constructs such as SLAs, licensing, and renewal clauses.
• Experience supporting business case development and benefits tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and senior levels.
• Attention to detail with strong governance discipline.
• Financial awareness related to cost drivers and budgeting principles.
• Proficiency with data and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Nice to have:

• Certifications or experience in procurement, vendor management, or financial analysis.

• Manage IT spend approval processes and present weekly updates to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendor management analyses for procurement and budget decisions.
• Support daily vendor lifecycle activities including data collection, benchmarking, and meeting documentation.
• Maintain portfolio trackers and reporting tools ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Extract key contractual terms, identify gaps, risks, and remediation actions during contract reviews.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and track benefit realization.
• Ensure budgets for Run, Change, and Transformation are in place and assist requestors with submission procedures.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment through coordination and shared responsibility.
