Business Analyst

Our client is a globally significant financial institution operating across multiple markets and jurisdictions. Their Global Resilience Risk function, part of Group Risk and Compliance, provides the organisation with a coherent Risk Management Framework, Risk Taxonomy, and tools to manage overall risk position within Global Risk Appetite. The organisation focuses on strengthening risk culture across operations, driving consistent risk management practices globally, and empowering teams to enable safe growth while meeting strategic objectives.

• Fluent French language skills for managing meetings with French-speaking stakeholders
• Strong transformation skills including business analysis and project management
• Clear and structured communication style with proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Proven stakeholder management experience across multiple teams and regions
• Experience delivering projects within financial services or banking organisations
• Understanding of asset management, wealth management, private banking, investment banking or capital markets (helpful but not mandatory)

• Facilitate and manage meetings with multiple French-speaking stakeholders across regions
• Deliver transformation projects within financial services using structured business analysis approaches
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, maintaining proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Apply project management skills to drive initiatives through to completion
• Collaborate with teams across wealth, asset management, investment banking or capital markets
• Support risk management initiatives aligned with global frameworks and appetite
• Translate business requirements into actionable solutions for stakeholders
