Collections Analyst with Danish and English

• Fluent in Danish and English (minimum B2 level).
• Experience in Cash Collection or Customer Service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client contact via email and phone in a B2B setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate) and Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or other CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong time management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work in a rare hybrid mode from the Warsaw office.

• Manage collections on a dedicated portfolio, including applying payments, credits, and reconciling accounts.
• Conduct credit checks and evaluate credit risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and improve collections processes.
• Prepare reports and financial documents related to order releases and account setups.
• Ensure data privacy compliance and maintain account history.
• Engage in client interactions.
