CRM Developer (MS Dynamics) (m/f/d)

InPost is a leading out-of-home (OOH) e-commerce enablement platform that operates a network of Automated Parcel Machines (APMs) and pick-up and drop-off (PUDO) points across nine European countries. It focuses on parcel delivery and logistics, supporting over 1.4 billion parcels annually with technology-driven solutions.

• 2–4 years of experience in CRM administration or operations with platforms like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• 2+ years of experience building workflow automations using Zapier, Make.com, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of data hygiene, deduplication, and integration concepts including APIs and webhooks.
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Google Cloud Platform.
• Background in logistics, e-commerce, or multi-market operations.

• Administer and configure CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365) including pipelines, custom objects, user roles, and permissions.
• Design and maintain automations and integrations using Zapier, Make.com, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Translate operational workflows into structured CRM logic.
• Manage data quality through audits, deduplication, and field validation.
• Build dashboards and reports tracking pipeline activity and operational KPIs.
• Gather requirements from international teams and translate them into CRM process designs.
• Maintain documentation, playbooks, training materials, and provide support for CRM queries.
