Wymagania
- 5+ years of Go development experience.
- 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Higher education in Computer Science or related software development field.
- Extensive experience working with AI and implementing/configuring it within a team.
- Experience in fintech and banking domains with complex integrations.
- Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Go (goroutines, channels, sync primitives).
- System design expertise for high performance and maintainability.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Advanced level of English.
Obowiązki
- Designing and evolving scalable distributed systems in Go, selecting appropriate concurrency models balancing performance and maintainability.
- Collaborating with Product Managers to translate business goals into technical plans and delivery roadmaps.
- Identifying edge cases, risks, and technical constraints early in planning.
- Representing the engineering team to external stakeholders, communicating technical topics in business terms, and challenging unrealistic requirements.
- Leading and performing code reviews to ensure high code quality, resilience, and reliability.
- Driving improvements in CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes to enhance code delivery speed and safety.
