DevOps Engineer (Platform Team) in Poland

The company is a global technology provider delivering data analytics and AI-powered solutions that help organizations better understand customer behavior, optimize marketing performance, and make informed business decisions. The project focuses on modernizing the cloud platform that powers a global TV technology and audience analytics ecosystem, including enhancing Kubernetes environments and evolving cloud infrastructure.

• Over 5 years experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, and Cloud Infrastructure
• Hands-on production experience with AWS (preferred) and/or GCP
• Strong commercial experience with large-scale Kubernetes clusters (10k+ vCPU)
• Strong Python coding skills with commercial software engineering experience
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience with ArgoCD or GitOps-based deployment approaches
• Experience operating and supporting production cloud infrastructure
• Experience with CI/CD, build, and deployment automation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above

Nice to have:

• Experience with API-first service design

• Designing, migrating, and modernizing Kubernetes manifests aligned with centralized internal tooling and ArgoCD architecture
• Leading upgrade and maintenance of core platform components such as cert-manager, external-dns, and Kyverno
• Identifying monitoring and alerting gaps to improve platform observability using Victoria metrics, logs, and Grafana
• Providing engineering support for continuous upkeep and expansion of application platforms
• Resolving operational tickets to support internal teams
• Delivering validated and tested pull requests meeting company standards
• Maintaining documentation and technical summaries for tickets and changes
• Ensuring rollouts to development environments meet schema and volume requirements
