Business / System Analyst

• Several years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis and/or Product Ownership related to business customer-facing software (e.g., e-commerce, marketplace).
• Experience in reverse-engineering and documenting a legacy software.
• Experience with software product migration and decommissioning.
• Experience in international projects.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

• Fluent in French.
• Experience with French business culture.

• Reconstruct full documentation of a legacy merchant-facing application including features, user flows, validation rules, integrations, data dependencies, known issues, and test cases.
• Assess each documented feature against the target platform.
• Design the merchant migration process from the legacy application to the target platform.
• Collaborate with the target platform product manager to place the legacy application retirement on the roadmap.
