Senior UX Designer

Jit Team supports social and educational initiatives and employs over 1000 IT specialists at their client.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX Designer, Product Designer, or related roles
• Experience designing mobile applications (iOS/Android) and responsive web applications
• Very good knowledge of Figma and prototyping tools
• Ability to conduct the design process from concept to deployment
• Experience working in interdisciplinary product teams
• Ability to argue design decisions based on data and user needs
• Knowledge of User-Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Portfolio showcasing UX projects and problem-solving processes

• Design intuitive and scalable UX solutions for mobile applications and web platforms
• Analyze user needs and identify business and product problems
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final designs in Figma
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Researchers, Data Analysts, and Engineering teams
• Participate in the entire design process: from discovery and ideation to implementation and evaluation
• Define and test design hypotheses
• Translate complex business processes into simple and user-friendly experiences
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to make design decisions
• Ensure design consistency with the design system and UX standards
• Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
