AI Platform Tech Lead Avenga

AVENGA is hiring for a role involving AI platform development and IT transformation projects focused on AI and Agentic SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). The project aims to design and implement an operational model for IT organizations using AI to improve software development processes.

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience.
• At least 3 years as Tech Lead, Architect, or Technical Leader.
• Experience designing AI platforms for large organizations.
• Expert/Principal level.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Experience designing and building AI and GenAI platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Foundry Agent Service, Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, Azure API Management.
• Expert knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience building platform standards, DevOps and MLOps processes.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and container environments.
• Experience defining security, Observability, Governance, and FinOps standards.
• Experience conducting architectural reviews and cross-team agreements.
• Experience building solutions using LLM, RAG, and AI agents.
• Communicative English (spoken and written).
• Service delivery from Poland.
• Willingness to work hybrid (minimum 1 day/week in Warsaw office).

• Experience with Google Vertex AI.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience with Azure Content Safety.
• Knowledge of AI Governance.
• Familiarity with DORA, RODO, AI Act.
• Experience in financial, banking, or insurance sectors.
• Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).

• Technical leadership and development of the AI Platform.
• Collaboration with Product Owner and AI Platform Architect.
• Defining technological, architectural, and operational standards.
• Supporting and mentoring the AI platform engineering team.
• Conducting technical agreements and architectural reviews.
• Designing and developing GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Building practices for DevOps, MLOps, Observability, and FinOps.
• Supporting initiatives transitioning from PoC to production environments.
• Collaborating with Cloud, Cybersecurity, Governance, Integration, and Architecture teams.

Services must be provided from Poland. Hybrid work model required: minimum 1 day per week in Warsaw office.
