Andersen is a global technology provider delivering data analytics and AI-powered solutions that help organizations better understand customer behavior, optimize marketing performance, and make informed business decisions. The company works with a diverse range of customers, supporting them in an increasingly data-driven and rapidly evolving digital landscape.
The project focuses on building a large-scale Knowledge Graph and Identity platform that models relationships between audiences, content, brands, devices, and behavioral data. It combines graph technologies, big data processing, and AI-powered enrichment to support identity resolution, audience intelligence, measurement, and advanced analytics.
Wymagania
- 2+ years hands-on experience in knowledge graph development, semantic data modeling, or ontology engineering.
- Working knowledge of W3C semantic web standards: RDF, RDFS, OWL, and SPARQL with practical experience in triplestores or graph databases.
- Familiarity with SHACL or equivalent validation frameworks for graph data quality.
- Strong Python skills including clean, readable, production-quality code with testing and documentation.
- Solid understanding of data modeling fundamentals including entity-relationship design, taxonomies, and hierarchies.
- Familiarity with entity resolution or data matching concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in flagging data quality and schema inconsistencies.
- English language proficiency at intermediate level or higher.
Obowiązki
- Implement and extend RDF/RDFS/OWL ontology schemas in the graph database by adding entity classes, properties, and constraints under the Senior Ontologist's direction.
- Build and maintain SHACL validation shapes for post-load graph consistency checks and identify data quality and schema violations.
- Support ontology versioning, changelog documentation, and consistency checking across schema updates.
- Write efficient SPARQL queries and graph traversals for downstream data science and product use cases.
- Contribute to event-to-ontology transformation and derivation layers by building PySpark/Databricks pipelines aggregating raw data into graph attributes.
- Implement derivation logic and validate outputs against SHACL shapes before graph load.
- Support incremental refresh and updating logic aligned with batch refresh cadence.
- Write production-quality Python code that is clean, tested, documented, and reusable.
- Work with PySpark and Databricks to process and transform high-volume data for graph pipeline development.
- Apply embedding-based approaches such as semantic similarity and vector search to entity matching and ontology alignment.
- Contribute to team tooling, documentation, and reusable components for knowledge graph development efficiency.
- Partner closely with data engineering on pipeline design, data quality, and incremental ingestion patterns.
- Participate in ontology design reviews and cross-functional working groups.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to translate use case requirements into graph schema updates.
- Develop expertise in W3C semantic web standards, RDF-native graph databases, and entity resolution under guidance.
