System Analyst/Data Analyst (GCP Migration) - Customer Value and Digital Engagement Department

The position is within the Data Enablement team at T-Mobile Polska, focused on a large strategic program for migrating data products from existing platforms like Oracle and Hadoop to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a system analyst, data analyst, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and Hadoop environments.
• Ability to read and analyze complex SQL queries and ETL logic.
• Experience in migration projects or data warehouse reorganization is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with the GCP ecosystem: BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer.
• Soft skills: end-to-end analysis capabilities, independence and proactivity in problem-solving, comfort working with technical documentation, ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams.

• Analyze existing data products in Oracle and Hadoop, including data structures, ETL logic, and dependencies.
• Document data flows and recommend migration methods to GCP.
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business owners.
• Create functional and technical specifications for new solutions in GCP.
• Support the design and testing processes post-migration.
• Participate in defining migration best practices.
• Monitor data quality and assist in troubleshooting.
