System Analyst in the EU

Andersen is recruiting a System Analyst for a digital banking transformation project with a financial services customer. The project focuses on architecture roadmap, platform modernization, API governance, security, data analytics, and system decoupling to support digital development. Andersen has a strong BA & SA team of over 200 analysts and cooperates with major clients like Samsung and Johnson & Johnson.

• 4+ years experience as a System Analyst.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and operating Azure APIM in enterprise contexts.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, certificates, and API security.
• Experience configuring APIM policies, products, subscriptions, gateways, networking, and access controls.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Experience implementing APIM deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services including networking, identity, monitoring, and Key Vault.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and API troubleshooting.
• Ability to create standards, documentation, runbooks, and reusable implementation patterns.
• Previous experience leading technical implementation and training or mentoring internal teams.
• English proficiency from Upper-Intermediate level (B2) and above.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AKS, Kubernetes, Helm, and APIM self-hosted gateways.
• Experience with AWS or hybrid-cloud.
• Experience with Ansible, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
• Familiarity with SonarQube, Snyk, Trivy, or Checkmarx.
• Basic experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Define target Azure API Management architecture integrating with AKS, Camunda, backend, and on-premises systems.
• Set up and configure APIM environments including APIs, products, subscriptions, routing, certificates, private connectivity, and identity integrations.
• Design and implement reusable APIM policies.
• Establish API governance standards covering OpenAPI specifications, naming, versioning, catalogue, ownership, onboarding, and deprecation.
• Support end-to-end implementation of Cash Loan APIs collaborating with architects, Camunda, DevOps, Security, integration, and backend developers.
• Prepare technical documentation, templates, operational runbooks, and provide knowledge transfer to client teams.
