Backend Developer (.NET) in the EU

Andersen is hiring a Backend Developer (.NET) for a project developing a modern digital insurance platform. The customer is a large international organization in the insurance and risk protection domain with a strong global presence and expertise in service delivery and claims management.

• Hands-on .NET (v6+) development experience with at least 3 years including .NET 8.
• Strong understanding of Clean Architecture principles, strict layer dependency rules, separation of business logic from API layer, and Result-based error handling.
• Hands-on experience with Temporal workflow components: ITemporalClient, IWorkflow, IActivity, task queue registration, and cross-task-queue dispatch.
• Strong experience with Azure services including Key Vault, Managed Identity, Blob Storage, and Application Insights.
• Experience with structured error-handling patterns and familiarity with Result/Maybe patterns.
• Strong experience with Entity Framework Core, including migrations, value objects, and aggregate roots.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing using xUnit, FakeItEasy, and Shouldly, including integration testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with containerized local development using Docker or Podman, understanding of Dockerfiles and multi-stage builds.
• Experience running and troubleshooting a complete local development stack with Podman Compose.
• English language proficiency at Intermediate level or above.

• Designing and building .NET 8 microservices using FastEndpoints and clean architecture (Domain / Application / Infrastructure / API layers).
• Implementing Temporal workflow orchestration including typed workflow and activity interfaces, cross-task-queue dispatch, and signal/query patterns.
• Building rules evaluation integrations with GoRules ZEN engine (GoRules.Zen NuGet, Rust FFI).
• Developing platform capabilities such as config registry, rules API, workflow gateway, payment and policy adapters.
• Implementing cross-cutting concerns like Managed Identity service-to-service authentication, Cerbos authorization integration, and structured logging with Serilog/Anotar.
• Writing and maintaining xUnit tests using FakeItEasy for mocking and Shouldly for assertions; performing integration tests against real dependencies.
• Collaborating with platform and domain teams on API contracts, OpenAPI specifications, and shared NuGet libraries.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
