• High proficiency in PowerShell and other relevant programming languages.
• Extensive experience with configuration management tools, particularly SCCM.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server 2019, 2022, and 2025 platforms.
• Proficiency with software development tools including GIT and Jira.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Mastery of Active Directory and Group Policy domain structures, user access control, replication, and policy deployments.
• Configure and manage essential network protocols including DNS, DHCP, and IP routing.
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments connecting on-premises servers with GCP and Azure.
• Design disaster recovery strategies including backup routines and failover clustering.

Nice to have:

• Explore and integrate AI technologies for self-healing platform capabilities.
• Certifications in Windows Server 2022 and 2025.
• Knowledge of platforms such as Linux.
• Coding skills in languages like Python.

• Redesign patch management procedures using SCCM.
• Design and implement automation processes using CI/CD technologies with PowerShell.
• Design and implement GPOs and security baselines.
• Serve as OS specialist with deep knowledge of the platform and related IT landscape (Network, Storage, Virtualization, and Active Directory).
• Support the team in building new OS images with automation.
• Support, advise, and work with cloud migrations from on-premises environments.
• Work closely with the platform owner and scrum team on the engineering backlog.
• Create comprehensive documentation for automation processes and procedures.
• Collaborate within the SAFE SCRUM framework.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and system administration support on the Windows platform.
• Drive innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

Role requires presence in office 2-3 days per week in the 3City (Gdynia, Gdańsk) or Warsaw locations.
