Senior React​ Software Engineer

Wakacje.pl is the largest e-commerce platform in Poland and a network of travel agencies offering a wide range of travel products. It has been fulfilling the travel dreams of Poles for 25 years and is part of Wirtualna Polska Holding since 2015. The IT team consists of over 100 specialists including Developers, DevOps Engineers, Testers, Project Managers, Architects, and Analysts, working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) with a focus on the React ecosystem.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with React
• Practical experience with TypeScript
• Experience with Next.js
• Experience writing frontend unit and integration tests
• Proficient with Git version control system
• Experience designing and consuming REST services
• Proficient use of Chrome DevTools
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers
• Strong English communication skills (minimum B2)
• Good self-organization skills

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of CI/CD concepts and Docker containerization
• Personal or professional projects on GitHub
• Experience in Node.js

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining functionality of JavaScript/TypeScript applications for internal and external clients
• Ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability
• Optimizing existing solutions and application performance
• Proposing and implementing new ideas and selecting appropriate technologies
• Collaborating with IT teams and business stakeholders
• Creating unit and integration tests
