Product Owner (MKT Tech​)

Wakacje.pl is the largest e-commerce platform in Poland and a network of travel agencies offering a wide range of travel products. Since 2015, part of Wirtualna Polska Holding, the largest Polish group of media and e-commerce companies. We offer thousands of domestic and international trips plus travel insurance, airport parking, and holiday vouchers.

• Understanding of key e-commerce marketing concepts and metrics, including SEO, ROAS, Google Analytics, and Core Web Vitals.
• Ability to describe initiatives, epics, and tasks clearly for both business and technology teams.
• Ability to identify, manage, and prioritize cross-team dependencies.
• Fluency in both Polish and English with a minimum C1 level.

• Drive the development of the Marketing domain within the technology team, including tools supporting organic traffic acquisition, PPC campaign optimization, and user experience enhancements in inspiration areas.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to create and maintain aligned development plans for Invia and travelplanet.pl services.
• Ensure delivered initiatives align with the overall organizational strategy.
• Define and manage dependencies across teams and departments within the organization.
