Product Owner (Technology)

Wakacje.pl is the largest e-commerce platform in Poland and a network of travel agencies offering a wide range of travel products. Since 2015, we have been part of Wirtualna Polska Holding – the largest Polish group of media and e-commerce companies. At Wakacje.pl, we offer thousands of domestic and international trips, as well as travel insurance, airport parking, and holiday vouchers. We constantly expand our offer to best meet our customers' needs.

• Basic programming knowledge sufficient to understand backend-to-frontend dependencies
• Ability to write clear and detailed technical requirements and task descriptions
• Experience working with monitoring and observability tools, or the ability to learn them quickly
• Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to make informed product decisions independently
• Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum C1 level of proficiency in each language

• Creating long-term product roadmaps and translating product vision into iterative delivery plans
• Defining sprint goals to ensure that each sprint delivers measurable value to the overall product
• Managing dependencies across teams and ensuring transparency around them
• Monitoring observability tools following deployments and backend changes and identifying potential anomalies
• Making independent decisions regarding the development and evolution of the technology platform
