Projekt B2B: Senior Fullstack Developer

Hays IT Contracting operates on a B2B contract model connecting IT specialists with technological projects. This recruitment is for a global consulting company specializing in risk management, insurance, reinsurance, and human capital solutions.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Fullstack Web Development
• Strong experience building scalable web applications
• Experience developing and maintaining backend services and APIs
• Experience creating modern frontend components
• Very good knowledge of software design principles, design patterns, and best development practices
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code
• Experience with code review and ensuring code quality
• Ability to solve problems independently
• Very good communication and teamwork skills
• English language proficiency at minimum C1 level
• Key technologies: Python, modern backend frameworks, Django, GraphQL, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Angular, Web Components (preferably Stencil or Lit), HTML5, CSS3, Browser APIs, and Git

Nice to have:

• Experience with Docker
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and test automation frameworks
• Knowledge of database design and experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar
• Technical education or equivalent practical experience

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reusable code for web applications
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python, GraphQL, and Django
• Create modern and user-friendly frontend components using Web Components, Stencil, and Angular
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and engineers to define, design, and deliver new features
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software
• Participate in architectural discussions and support technical decisions
• Mentor and provide technical support to junior developers
• Keep up with new technologies and market trends
