IT System Analyst (M/K)

• Minimum 4 years of experience in system analysis, IT system design, or a technical role close to development
• Good knowledge of SQL and ability to independently analyze data in relational databases, including writing complex analytical queries
• Experience modeling systems in Enterprise Architect or similar tools, fluent in UML and BPMN
• Understanding of REST, SOAP, ESB, queues, and message brokers and ability to analyze data flows in distributed architectures
• Ability to analyze edge scenarios, identify inconsistencies and risks, and propose concrete system solutions
• Ability to create clear documentation such as specifications, AS-IS/TO-BE process descriptions, diagrams, and acceptance criteria, using it as a team collaboration tool
• Knowledge of AI tools supporting analytical and technical work, including AI assistants in IDE and CLI, MCP, and safe usage of AI for code, data, documentation analysis, and automation of repetitive tasks
• Ability to take responsibility for own area, work independently, and collaborate effectively with developers, QA, architects, and Engineering Manager

• Verify and specify business requirements and translate them into system requirements and technical solution proposals
• Describe AS-IS and TO-BE processes and indicate the impact of changes on systems, integrations, and data
• Design system requirements and co-create technical solutions with the development team
• Create and maintain analytical and technical documentation in Enterprise Architect and Confluence
• Model processes, data flows, and system behaviors using UML and BPMN
• Analyze and design synchronous and asynchronous integrations between internal systems and external partners
• Analyze data in Oracle and PostgreSQL databases and verify system logic based on SQL, documentation, and technical sources
