Senior Business Analyst – Corporate Credit & Banking Technology

Our client is a leader in the financial industry dedicated to building innovative banking solutions and cloud platforms.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the banking, finance, or credit sectors.
• Strong knowledge of corporate credit processes and financial products.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with analysis tools and project management software, including JIRA and MS Office tools.
• Excellent command of English (C1 level, Financial Business English preferred).
• Fluent Polish language skills.

• Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder workshops, translating needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Plan and organize analytical activities, develop project timelines, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to maintain project stability and quality.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation, including requirements and process flowcharts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution, coordinate task delivery, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation phases with thorough analysis and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery processes.
