Senior Technical Program Manager

InPost Group is an innovative European out of home deliveries company operating across several countries with a network of intelligent lockers, providing fast, convenient, and secure parcel delivery. The company has over 10,000 employees worldwide and is one of the largest out of home delivery providers in Europe, focusing on sustainable and efficient delivery solutions. The team builds FMCG e-commerce in Poland, offering over 300,000 products from more than 300 sellers, with a mobile app downloaded by almost 1.5 million users in Poland.

• 5+ years of professional experience in technology program management
• 4+ years delivering complex, multi-domain programs with measurable business impact
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Atlassian Jira/Confluence
• Basics of SQL/PostgreSQL and at least one programming language
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services, security fundamentals (VPN/SSL), and MongoDB
• Strong command of Agile, Kanban, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies
• Proven ability to develop and own initiative roadmaps, delivery plans, and risk registers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data analysis tools
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Polish

• Experience managing third-party vendors or consultants
• People leadership or mentoring experience
• Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business, or related field
• PMP, SAFe/Agile, ITIL, Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent certification

• Own and deliver complex, multi-team technology programs from planning through launch
• Build end-to-end program plans including goals, milestones, value slicing, roadmaps, and critical paths
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, and integration boundaries proactively
• Translate business and technical goals into clear scope and measurable outcomes
• Define and track program KPIs to ensure delivery drives business value
• Lead RAID reviews, readiness checks, and rollout reviews
• Coordinate non-functional requirements such as SLA/SLO, security, and operability
• Systematize AI usage in program execution including scenario generation, readiness testing, metrics validation, and reporting
• Drive governance mechanisms such as steering committees and decision reviews
• Communicate clearly with engineering, product, design, operations, and senior leadership
• Mentor Associate TPMs and contribute to team standards and playbooks
• Use AI tooling to automate program management tasks like status reporting and risk monitoring and coach teams on effective AI adoption
