AI Platform Tech Lead

The project focuses on the development and implementation of an AI platform utilizing Agentic SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) to transform IT organization workflows. It involves creating a target operating model incorporating AI, governance, metrics, standards, toolsets, and continuous improvement mechanisms.

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience
• At least 3 years in Tech Lead, Architect, or Technical Leader roles
• Experience designing AI platforms for large organizations
• Expert/Principal level
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Experience designing and building AI and GenAI platforms
• Strong knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Foundry Agent Service, Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure API Management
• Expert knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience in DevOps and MLOps platform standards
• Strong knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and container environments
• Experience defining security standards, Observability, Governance, and FinOps
• Experience conducting architectural reviews and cross-team agreements
• Experience building solutions using LLM, RAG, and AI agents
• Communicative English language skills

• Technical leadership of AI Platform development
• Collaboration with Product Owner and AI Platform Architect
• Defining technological, architectural, and operational standards
• Supporting and mentoring the AI Platform engineering team
• Leading technical agreements and architectural reviews
• Designing and developing GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions
• Building DevOps, MLOps, Observability, and FinOps practices
• Supporting transition from PoC to production environments
• Collaborating with Cloud, Cybersecurity, Governance, Integration, and Architecture teams
