QA Automation Engineer (M/F)

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in test automation
• Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver or Playwright
• Experience designing and maintaining stable UI automation test scripts
• Knowledge of Page Object Model or similar approaches for test maintainability
• Experience testing REST APIs and integration flows, contract verification, status codes, payloads, and error handling; practical use of tools such as Postman, REST Assured
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques and risk-based approaches; creating clear, reusable scenarios; requirement analysis and edge case identification
• Root cause analysis of defects and unstable tests; diagnosing problems based on logs and system behavior; proactive identification of quality risks
• Familiarity with tools: Jira, Confluence for defect and documentation management; basics of SQL/NoSQL for data validation; understanding of CI/CD and automated test execution
• Experience in developing and improving automation frameworks focusing on reliability, maintainability, and fast feedback loops
• English language skills at least at B2 level

• Build, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and environments for functional/integration testing
• Develop automation solutions for client information systems
• Customize testing support tools to client and framework needs
• Develop and maintain test scripts
• Design test automation approaches and strategies for Polish and international clients
• Create solutions for test results presentation
• Integrate automated test solutions with CI/CD pipelines
