Full Stack Developer (React Native/Node.js)

Andersen is hiring for a project developing AI-powered digital entertainment platforms and scalable consumer-facing applications. The customer is a technology company focusing on AI-enabled digital platforms leveraging machine learning, automation, and analytics to deliver scalable, data-driven online services. The project involves creating a digital entertainment ecosystem for discovering, developing, and monetizing intellectual property, including platforms for publishing user-generated stories and adapting works into AI-powered video formats.

• 5+ years' experience working within large, well-maintained codebases.
• Strong recent hands-on experience with React Native and TypeScript (last 2-3 years).
• Solid experience with Node.js.
• Experience working with Expo.
• Production experience using AI tools pragmatically; working with LLMs, recommendations, or generative video.
• Experience with mobile release processes (App Store / Google Play).
• Strong problem-solving and software design skills.
• Ability to independently design solutions, ask clarifying questions, and evaluate technical trade-offs.
• Comfortable discussing system design, scalability, performance, infrastructure, and integrations.
• Strong ownership, autonomy, and a data-driven, action-oriented mindset.
• English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience in product companies, startups, or high-growth environments.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.

• Own product areas end-to-end across mobile, web, backend, architecture, and delivery quality.
• Build mobile-first experiences with React Native / Expo, TypeScript, NestJS, and Tailwind.
• Integrate with polyglot backends (Ruby on Rails, Go, Node.js).
• Collaborate across teams to ship high-quality features and align technical work with the roadmap.
• Drive innovation and explore new technologies including AI-driven recommendations, translation, and video generation.
• Drive frontend architecture and development using React, React Native, Expo, and TypeScript.
• Design scalable and high-performance solutions focusing on usability and product experience.
• Participate in system design discussions, architecture planning, and technical decision-making.
