IT Specialist

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
• Knowledge of network concepts related to LAN and WAN
• Knowledge of VPN technologies
• Willingness to develop and deepen IT knowledge
• Analytical thinking ability
• Communicative and independent
• Ability to work under time pressure and as part of a team
• Communicative level of English (B2)
• Availability to work onsite in Pruszcz Gdański
• Experience working with AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and quality

• Support employees locally and remotely, including in English
• Maintain and monitor IT systems' proper functioning
• Administer local network infrastructure and assist users with LAN, WAN, and VPN
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Configure and prepare workstations for new users
• Ensure high-quality IT support and timely handling of requests
