AI Value Creation Senior Principal

Google Cloud provides cloud technology products engineered for security, reliability, and scalability, serving developers, businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies. The role is part of Google Cloud’s Go-To-Market team, leading AI adoption worldwide with access to advanced AI portfolio including Gemini models and Vertex AI platform, and collaboration with DeepMind engineering and research teams.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in technical project management or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with AI technology and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) AI or similar products.
• Experience managing and influencing executive business stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of value selling methodology, opportunities, and value realization across cloud technology.
• Understanding of cloud sales and services.
• Ability to work with customers to deliver business value and financial business cases for GCP products.
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Develop and iterate on a value selling methodology across Google’s AI products, driving adoption of value selling assets.
• Collaborate with global sales, product, and customer stakeholders to craft value propositions demonstrating technology impact.
• Lead development of customer-centric value pitches, business cases, TCO analysis, and scalable value templates.
• Use Google, customer, and third-party data, frameworks, and models to justify and accelerate customer investment decisions.
• Brief Cloud sales and engineering leadership on customer patterns and emerging AI trends based on value engagements.
