Salesforce Business Analyst (f/m/x)

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant role with a strong business focus
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritize requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment

• Owning the development and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based products, focusing on Salesforce Service Cloud
• Managing the product backlog and defining priorities in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Contributing to product vision, roadmap planning, and long-term development strategy
• Analyzing user needs and translating them into business and functional requirements
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders across different functions and countries
• Monitoring product usage, gathering user feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Coordinating the implementation of new features and supporting change adoption initiatives
