Senior Business Transformation & Project Management Leader

You will be working for our client, a global financial services organization committed to digital advancement and operational excellence, driving critical initiatives within CIB Banking Transformation & Performance.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in business transformation and project management.
• Extensive experience developing impactful business proposals, presentations, and documentation.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects with medium to high scope and complexity.
• Strong influence and leadership skills for guiding large, cross-functional teams without formal reporting lines.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate across diverse cultural environments.
• Strong program, change, and project management skills with ability to meet tight timelines.
• Certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) are a strong plus.
• Experience within financial services sector, particularly banking transformation projects, is a strong plus.

• Lead and influence key engagement initiatives within CIB Banking Transformation & Performance to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders (GM/MD/Director) across global regions.
• Develop compelling business cases, proposals, presentations, and high-impact documents.
• Deliver management reports on key projects through engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Plan proactively and provide regular progress updates.
• Chair steering committee and working group meetings.
• Provide consulting and project management expertise across global initiatives, ensuring compliance and risk control adherence.
