Senior Solution Architect

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect designing enterprise-scale HR and Workforce solutions.
• Hands-on architecture and integration experience with Workday (HCM, Core Data, Security).
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD module and workflow automation.
• Experience integrating global and regional Payroll & Time engines such as ADP, Ramco, and Euhreka.
• Strong knowledge of data protection frameworks including GDPR and international labor laws; experience authoring technical security assessments like System Risk Assessments (SRAs).
• Proven ability with API management, event-driven architecture, identity management, and FAIR data principles.
• Outstanding communication skills to bridge business requirements with technical execution across global cross-functional teams.

• Design resilient, scalable solution architectures across the Workforce product portfolio including Workday core, ServiceNow HRSD module, Total Rewards, Time & Absence, and External Workforce.
• Architect secure integration pathways connecting global core platforms with regional/local payroll and time systems like ADP, Ramco, and Euhreka.
• Lead technical evaluation and authoring of compliance documentation and System Risk Assessments (SRAs) for Workforce systems.
• Create and maintain conceptual and logical data models, integration taxonomies, system interaction diagrams, and enterprise ontologies for People & Culture (P&C) data.
• Establish reference architectures and enforce discipline through Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) across payroll, time, benefits, people data, relations, and mobility sub-domains.
• Evaluate emerging HR technologies such as ServiceNow NowAssist and AI automation; manage technical debt.
• Define and maintain Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), security baselines, system reliability, and fitness functions for Workforce products.
• Ensure architectural alignment with global regulatory standards and readiness for data privacy and security audits.
• Develop and maintain multi-year technology landscape roadmap for the Workforce product circle.
• Translate complex technical and risk concepts for leadership, IT teams, and external partners.
