IT Project Manager

The role supports a global technology initiative aimed at enhancing and rolling out an internal solution across over 1,000 teams. It involves collaboration with Product, Delivery, and Engineering teams in a global environment.

• Strong IT Project Management experience and knowledge of PM best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with business/technology transformation initiatives
• Ability to work effectively across regions in a global environment
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft tools

• Experience with software/agent rollout and adoption
• Familiarity with technology controls and governance

• Manage the project end-to-end, from planning and mobilisation through delivery and closure
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and expected outcomes
• Coordinate with Delivery Managers, Product Owners and development teams
• Engage with technology stakeholders across multiple regions
• Support the rollout and adoption of the solution across 1,000+ teams
• Ensure alignment with the wider technology change portfolio
