Senior Android Developer (KMP)

Must have:

• 5+ years of commercial experience with Android development and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
• Expert knowledge of the Android SDK, different Android versions, and device configurations
• Experience with Jetpack libraries, Android Architecture components, MVVM, and Clean Architecture patterns
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic development workflows supporting the SDLC process
• English proficiency B2+
• Polish proficiency C1+ or native
• Eligibility to work in Poland (citizenship, residence card, visa, etc.)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Jetpack Compose and Coroutines
• Knowledge of Google's Android UI design principles, patterns, best practices, and interface guidelines
• Optimizing mobile apps in Java and Kotlin
• Firebase configuration experience
• Experience integrating API interfaces into mobile applications
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies

• Designing and building a mobile application for a TMS class system using Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform, and Jetpack Compose
• Co-creating a new mobile team with real influence on application architecture, working standards, and technical decisions
• Integrating the application with API interfaces and logistics systems
• Using LLMs and agentic solutions to support the software development process (SDLC)
