Wymagania
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs, and triaging technical issues including hardware, software, applications, operations, and processes.
- 5 years of experience in technical consulting supporting large enterprise customers with high service-level agreement requirements.
- 5 years of experience with Web Technologies, Systems Administration, Developer Operations, Networking, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud computing, including certifications or coursework, and debugging workload issues in large-scale, multi-node environments.
- Experience with exploratory kernel debugging and performance analysis of containerized systems.
- Experience working with public cloud services and infrastructure, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of Computer Networking protocols and concepts including TCP/IP, Routing, Load balancing, HTTP, HTML, DNS, and TCP.
Obowiązki
- Work with customers on their production Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)/Anthos deployments to resolve issues and achieve product readiness, availability, and scale.
- Develop understanding of Google Cloud's GKE/Anthos product technology and architectures by troubleshooting, reproducing, and determining root causes for issues, building tools, and enabling faster diagnosis.
- Act as consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in engineering, sales, and customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve Google Cloud.
- Work as part of a global team providing 24-hour customer support, including non-standard hours and possible weekend shifts.
- Understand customer issues and advocate for their needs with internal teams, including product and engineering, to find improvements.
Benefity
- Salary in Ireland: €84000 - €86000 plus 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
- Salary in Poland: zł252000 - zł258000 plus 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.

This role requires availability to work in shift patterns or non-standard hours, including possible weekend work. Candidates may specify preference for working locations in Warsaw, Poland or Dublin, Ireland.
