Senior Vulnerability Management Reporting Analyst – Cybersecurity

This role is for a leading global financial organization committed to safeguarding digital assets and enhancing cybersecurity resilience.

• At least 5 years of experience developing enterprise-level reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of logical/physical data modeling.
• Experience with Azure cloud services, including Databricks and SQL Analytics.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including threats, vulnerabilities, and vulnerability management lifecycle.
• Intermediate scripting or programming skills in VBA.
• Advanced Excel expertise including macros, formulas, pivot tables, and handling large datasets.
• Familiarity with scanning technologies such as Nessus, SAST, DAST, MAST.
• Programming experience in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to senior management.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building effective working relationships.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence.
• Ability to work remotely with flexible hours and shifting priorities.

Nice to have:

• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycle and related tools.
• Certification or additional training in cybersecurity or data analysis.

• Design, build, and maintain detailed vulnerability management reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting capabilities through thematic data analysis.
• Produce operational reports by exporting large datasets with clarity and consistency.
• Provide insightful commentary to highlight key trends, risks, and business implications.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests and conduct trend analysis to support management decisions.
• Validate data for accuracy and resolve variances via action plans.
• Develop metrics such as Key Control Indicators (KCIs) for vulnerability management.
• Identify opportunities to enhance vulnerability controls through metric innovations.
• Support governance meetings and regulatory audits with precise data and documentation.
• Attend management discussions to interpret reports and data insights.
• Maintain operational SOPs and documentation for vulnerability reporting processes.
