Senior Project Manager

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing projects in the banking sector or regulated institutions
• Experience with regulatory projects, especially in compliance, risk, payments, complaints, or consumer protection
• Practical experience in process analysis and identifying impacts of regulatory changes on organizations
• Experience preparing implementation plans for regulatory requirements
• Ability to manage complex multi-stream projects involving business, operations, IT, risk, compliance, and legal
• Experience coordinating changes in IT systems and operational processes
• Strong knowledge of risk management, dependencies, and project scheduling
• Experience reporting to management and cooperating with key stakeholders
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalents
• Ability to work effectively in multi-stakeholder environments
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines imposed by regulatory requirements

Nice to have:

• Experience with projects involving UOKiK, KNF, or other regulatory authorities
• Knowledge of complaint processes in banking and Unauthorised Payment Transactions area
• Experience with payment, card, electronic banking, or consumer protection projects
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications

• Lead the analytical and planning phase of the project and define the target implementation model
• Analyze regulatory obligations and their impact on business, operational, and IT processes
• Prepare recommendations for the remedial program delivery model
• Develop a comprehensive project plan and coordinate its implementation
• Coordinate changes agreed with UOKiK across business, operational, and technological areas
• Manage multiple parallel work streams including business, operations, IT, risk, compliance, and legal
• Coordinate changes in banking systems and operational procedures/processes
• Manage dependencies, risks, project schedule, and key milestones
• Monitor fulfillment of commitments and deadlines resulting from regulator decisions
• Report project status, risks, and key decisions to senior management
• Ensure that complaint handling processes related to Unauthorised Payment Transactions comply with regulatory requirements
