Senior Golang Software Engineer

• 6+ years as a software developer, including 4+ years with Go.
• Full software delivery lifecycle experience (analysis through production support).
• Familiarity with multiple architecture types and strong understanding of data structures.
• Best practices for building ETL-based systems on large-scale projects.
• Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, basic DevOps.
• Practical experience with REST API and gRPC.
• Strong English communication skills (minimum B2).
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
• Daily practical use of AI tools.

Nice to have:

• Potential to grow into a Technical Lead Manager role.
• Experience with distributed systems.
• Knowledge of cloud resource optimization.
• Experience with Redis (or similar).
• Experience with Kibana, Grafana, DataDog.
• Proven track record optimizing performance on high-traffic platforms.

• Develop an in-house platform for hotel data, photos, and reviews delivery.
• Backend-focused ETL-style development (~90% backend).
• Monitor and improve platform performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Reduce costs and technical debt to optimize system operations.
• Retrieve and transform data from multiple sources.
• Work with LLMs to generate personalized, SEO-aligned content.
