Wymagania
- Minimum 6 years of commercial software development experience
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API
- Proficient with Entity Framework and Entity Framework Core
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure platform, including Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Application Insights
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing performance of production applications
- Leadership experience including developer mentoring, code review, and technical standards definition
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
- Very good English skills (C1) for daily communication with US client
Nice to have:
- Frontend experience with Angular, React, or Vue.js
- Experience with Redis and distributed caching solutions
- Knowledge of Azure Front Door, API Management, Service Bus, and Azure Storage
- Experience with test automation and quality gates in CI/CD pipelines
- Background in insurance, fintech, or regulated environments
- Experience in legacy system transformation and modernization
- Ability to make architectural decisions and propose development directions

- Develop and maintain applications based on .NET and Azure technologies
- Analyze existing code and identify areas for modernization
- Design and implement solutions to improve performance and reliability of production systems
- Refactor and decompose monolithic components into modular solutions
- Design and develop APIs supporting business system integration
- Define coding standards, engineering practices, and architectural solutions
- Conduct code reviews and mentor less experienced team members
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Architecture, Database teams, and business representatives
- Participate in production problem analysis and improve software quality
