Senior QA Engineer (Reporting Team)

Shiji Group is a product-based company originating from China, specializing in advanced IT systems for the hospitality, food service, and retail industries. The company focuses in Poland on developing the Shiji Enterprise Platform, a comprehensive management platform for hotels.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Good knowledge of QA methodologies, software testing, and regression testing
• Experience working closely with development teams in a technical environment
• Experience with C# test frameworks and development/testing support
• Experience identifying, troubleshooting, and documenting bugs and technical issues
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools such as JIRA and TestRail
• Good understanding of databases and SQL
• Proactive and well-organized approach with ability to document solutions and learn new workflows

Nice to have:

• Experience with playwright
• Experience with Docker

• Write test cases based on user stories
• Write automated test cases and contribute to a common C# automation framework
• Perform requirements analysis, documenting and communicating results
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Candidates must be based in the Silesia region (office in Katowice). Fully remote work is not an option, and applications from more distant locations will not be considered.
