DevOps Engineer - banking (f/m/x)

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in DevOps or a related field
• Proficiency with the ELK stack, including Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana
• Strong command of Grafana for monitoring and visualization
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration
• Solid technical background in infrastructure service offerings such as PostgreSQL and RabbitMQ
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry (OTel) and continuous delivery practices
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Git
• Advanced level of English

• Contribute to the design and delivery of the cross-functional monitoring project focusing on infrastructure, application, and end-to-end process monitoring
• Improve the maturity of application monitoring practices
• Define a framework for a repeatable and scalable monitoring model
• Support the team in technical activities and implementing CI/CD practices
• Lead DevOps initiatives and innovation topics for applications
• Increase team autonomy and expertise regarding development practices
• Promote and advocate DevOps culture within teams
• Maintain awareness of technological trends and innovations

This is a hybrid role requiring three days of work from the office in Warsaw.
