Senior/ Expert EDI Integration Specialist

Euvic S.A. is a company with over 5000 employees and 20 years of experience, operating as an IT consulting and implementation outsourcing firm. They deliver expert teams for clients in Poland and abroad, including a project in the enterprise document management sector involving semantic search implementation in on-premise/private cloud systems.

• Documented production experience in semantic search / RAG implementation including stack, scale, and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience with at least one vector database/service among pgvector, Azure AI Search, SQL Server VECTOR, Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Elasticsearch, or OpenSearch.
• Knowledge of chunking strategies and quality evaluation metrics for search retrieval.
• Strong English skills for working in an entirely English-speaking team.
• Capability for architectural decision-making and client engagement.
• Readiness to work in mixed roles (engineer, architect, workshop leader).

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the .NET ecosystem, SQL Server, and Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search).
• Experience with self-hosted embedding models like Ollama, vLLM, and ONNX Runtime.
• Experience with SaaS and on-premise hybrid products.
• Knowledge of MCP, agent integrations, and LLM orchestration.
• Experience mentoring or conducting technical training.

• Deploy semantic search / RAG solutions to production with documented experience covering scale, technology stack, resolving failures, and maintenance.
• Work practically with at least one vector database/service such as pgvector, Azure AI Search, SQL Server VECTOR, Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Elasticsearch/OpenSearch (dense vectors) in real projects.
• Implement and evaluate chunking strategies and retrieval quality metrics like recall, precision, hybrid search, and reranking in measurable ways.
• Independently make and defend architectural decisions, including client communication.
• Design and execute performance benchmarks and present findings to technical stakeholders.
• Perform mixed roles involving engineering, architecture, and conducting client workshops.

During recruitment, candidate identity verification is required at advanced stages. The first working day includes on-site onboarding at an Euvic office for equipment pick-up.
