COBOL Developer (f/m/x)

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in COBOL development
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe
• High analytical skills and ability to work autonomously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and influence relationships
• Advanced level of both English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience with Java

• Contributing to the development and maintenance of COBOL applications within the core banking product
• Analyzing and specifying features to meet release train requirements
• Testing and deploying developed features while managing dependencies
• Collaborating effectively with multicultural teams across different locations
• Adapting industry best practices to improve processes and maintain high-quality standards
• Fostering an agile mindset within the team and supporting the transition to new technologies

This is a hybrid role requiring three days of work from the office in Warsaw.
