Junior Salesforce Consultant- Internship program (She/He/They)

• Active student status for at least 6-12 months in technology-related fields (e.g., Quantitative Methods, Big Data, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Automation and Robotics, Biotechnology) or business-related fields (e.g., Management, Economics).
• Availability for at least 30 hours per week.
• Very good command of Polish and English (minimum B2 level both).
• Experience in project work and/or working with IT systems (especially CRM systems).
• Strong analytical skills for business process analysis and well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming, SQL, and databases.
• Willingness to gain experience with Salesforce technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Align and analyze business requirements with the client.
• Design and configure/implement business processes using the Salesforce platform.
• Provide analytical support to the client and development teams.
