T Business - Delivery Project Manager

The role is within T-Mobile's ICT services sector, focusing on delivering projects related to data transmission networks including SD-X, data center and cloud services, voice services, cybersecurity solutions, modern workplace, and integration services for business clients.

• Knowledge and skills in project management covering scope, time, cost, stakeholders, quality, human resources, communication, risk, and procurement, using recognized methodologies such as Prince2 or PMI.
• Experience using project management tools supporting PM methodologies.
• General knowledge of ICT services including data transmission, data center, IT integration, and cybersecurity.
• Ability to initiate and conduct effective project meetings involving participants at all organizational levels internally and at clients.
• Creativity in problem-solving.
• Valid driving license category B.
• Good command of English language for communication, documentation, and presentations.

• Manage projects implementing ICT services and products for business clients.
• Oversee products such as data transmission networks, including SD-X, data center, cloud, voice services, cybersecurity, modern workplace, and integration services.
• Conduct several to dozens of concurrent deployments depending on project scale and value.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Decompose projects into tasks, create schedules, delegate assignments, and monitor and settle work performed.
• Collaborate with clients, sales representatives, T-Mobile technical teams, and external suppliers.
• Manage project risks and minimize adverse impacts.
• Maintain project documentation and report progress.
